This privacy policy explains how TOPRO collects and processes personal data.

In order for you to make a purchase on Topromobility.com, we need your name, address, mobile phone number and email address.
This information is necessary to send your order to the correct delivery address, to keep you informed of the progress of your order and to contact you regarding your order if necessary.

We are required to retain order details in connection with accounting, handling fees and charges and any necessary warranty/returns procedures. This order history will be deleted after ten years. For security reasons, we may also store the IP address from which the order was placed.

We may require other personal data for other purposes. The personal data we may need and the purpose for collecting it is set out in this Privacy Policy.

Topromobility.com is owned and operated by TOPRO Industri AS and your privacy is important to TOPRO. It is also important to us that you understand how we process data about you. In this privacy statement we explain, among other things, what personal data we collect, how we collect it and what we use it for.

What is personal data?

"Personal data" is any information that can be directly or indirectly associated with a natural person, including name, postal address, email address, IP address and mobile phone number.

Who is the data controller?

Topro Limited is the "data controller" for the personal data we process. This means, for example, that we have primary responsibility and obligations under the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

We collect personal data within the categories listed below, but this does not necessarily mean that we collect data from all categories for all customers.

These activities include marketing products and services, including defining target groups, tailoring marketing to your profile and distributing newsletters and other information requested by you.
We use personal data to assess applicants who apply for jobs with us, whether in the form of unsolicited applications or responses to job advertisements.
Information security and misuse of services: we may process personal data and traffic information to ensure a high level of security.
